"CR Weekly News with Tyme Sisakvanich" (@crweeklynews) formerly known simply as "CRTV," aimed to inform students each Friday through visually compelling storytelling and original reporting in the River community. 

Solo-anchored by CR News Chief Anchor Tyme Sisakvanich (@tymesisakvanich) from January, 2024 until the program's last broadcast on January 31, 2025—the Emmy award-winning flagship newscast was rebranded by Executive Producer Talan Collins (@talanjcollins) in September, 2022 in an effort to return the program to its journalistic roots. Since then, the newscast increasingly leaned into longer interview segments and storytelling than its predecessor, approaching its stories through a narrative lens. 

In November, 2022, the program underwent further shifts, introducing its now iconic teaser format beginning with "on the broadcast this week." It was during this period that Tyme Sisakvanich, a sophomore correspondent for the show since its debut, began to sit in the anchor chair, a role which would be expanded upon the following year when Sisakvanich was named an associate producer of the program. 

In December, 2023, Sisakvanich was named Chief Anchor of CR News, and became the lead anchor of ''CR Weekly News," along with special and breaking news coverage. He would go on to report alongside the CR News team from locations such as the Fort Vancouver Barracks and the Clark County Amphitheater. 

In June, 2024, the program won its first regional Emmy award from the Northwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

In January 2025, after more than sixty episodes, CR News announced that the show would be rebranded as "CR This Week," and would convert back to a two-anchor-format, with Sisakvanich being joined as co-anchor by the show's executive producer Talan Collins.
