The Columbia River Boys’ Soccer team is off to districts after an extraordinary regular season.

(CR Sports) - The Columbia River Boys’ Soccer Team has won the Greater Saint Helens League and have been granted the number 1 seed for the district 4 playoff tournament. The Rapids finished the regular season with a 13-2-1 record while scoring a total of 61 goals and only conceding 8 credit to goal keeper Aedan Pena who led the league in almost every statistical category in his field including the accumulation of 10 shutouts throughout the duration of the season. The Rapids also had several standout attackers during the season.

River will play the number 4 seed WF West Bearcats in the first round of the tournament. If the Rapids continue to dominate on the pitch, they will find themselves in the state tournament for the 11th consecutive year with hopes to win back to back Washington 2A State Championship.
