SWIMMING THROUGH THE COMPETITION
Girls swim participated in the fourteenth annual Girls Swim Sprint Pentathlon and exceeded the competition.

(CR Sports) - This past Saturday, girls swim participated in the annual swim pentathlon and competed against other league and non-league schools. Competing in 13 events, girls swim took 2nd place with 229.5 points.
Overall, girls swim is having an excellent start to the season and will look to carry this positive momentum into the rest of the season. Their next meet/competition is tomorrow at Gold’s Gym in Camas. Good luck and great job, swimmers!_____________________________________
(CR Sports) - This past Saturday, girls swim participated in the annual swim pentathlon and competed against other league and non-league schools. Competing in 13 events, girls swim took 2nd place with 229.5 points.
For our top performers, Ingrid Morrison competed in the 100 yard freestyle and took 1st place with an outstanding time of 00:58.92. Ingrid Morrison also competed in the 200 yard freestyle and got 2nd place with a time of 2:15.47. For the 100 yard breaststroke, Lucy Taylor got 3rd place with a dashing time of 1:21.41.
For the 100 yard butterfly, Sam Yamashita took 5th place with a time of 1:12.39. Additionally, for the 25 yard freestyle, Sophia Hao took 5th place with a dashing time of 00:15.49.
Overall, girls swim is having an excellent start to the season and will look to carry this positive momentum into the rest of the season. Their next meet/competition is tomorrow at Gold’s Gym in Camas. Good luck and great job, swimmers!_____________________________________
