CUTTING DOWN THE JILLS
Girls volleyball defeated R.A. Long last night 3-0 to improve to 4-0 in league.

(CR Sports) - Last night, girls volleyball took a convincing win over R.A. Long. Throughout the game, River looked very strong, and they ended up taking a 3-0 victory against the Jills. This puts the team at a record of 5-2, but they are undefeated in league play, beating strong teams such as Ridgefield, who placed second at state last year.
The girls play at Hudson’s Bay tomorrow, and are looking to take another strong victory in league play to keep their season going strong._____________________________________

This puts the team at a record of 5-2, but they are undefeated in league play, beating strong teams such as Ridgefield, who placed second at state last year.
The girls have won the last three state championships, and are looking to win a fourth this year. Before the season, this might have seemed to be a tough feat to achieve, as the team lost five starters going into this year, including star Lauren Dreves. However, the girls have proved that these losses have not affected them much, as they have looked strong so far throughout the season, despite the two losses they have taken.
