SWINGING THROUGH DISTRICTS
Boys golf is wrapping up its strong season after winning districts, with state soon to come.

(CR Sports) - Earlier this week, boys golf competed in the District 4 Tournament at Heron Lakes Golf Course. As a team, River dominated, taking first place in the tournament against teams such as Ridgefield and Washougal. The team heads into the state tournament next, hoping to keep their strong season going.
Overall, the boys are continuing their very strong season into the state tournament, hoping to place well. Good luck boys, keep swinging!_____________________________________

The team heads into the state tournament next, hoping to keep their strong season going.
Individually, junior Luke Potter took second, freshman Owen Winn took sixth place, and junior Jack Flynn took 12th place - all of these players qualified for state. Last year, the boys placed third in state and are hoping to improve upon last year, especially with the strong team that they have this season.
