OFF TO STATE
With success for both programs in districts, the gymnastics team and several wrestlers will compete in state this week.

(CR Sports) - For gymnastics, they placed first overall in districts with a team high score of 169.35 on Saturday. With this incredible performance, they were able to qualify as a team for state. Their state tournament is this Thursday and Friday at Sammamish high school.
Boys wrestling had their district competition a couple weeks ago and also had a great performance, sending five boys to state. Congratulations to Jack Givens 138 lbs - second place (in districts), Aidan Deeney 113 lbs - second place, Kellen Bashaw 150 lbs - second place, Preston Shearer 175 lbs - third place, and Isaiah Graber 165 lbs - fourth place. They will also compete this Friday and Saturday in state at the Tacoma Dome._____________________________________

As for wrestling, the girls competed on Saturday in their district competition and had a strong showing, sending three girls to state. Congratulations to Aaliyah Booth 155 lbs - third place (in districts), Mya Kay 110 lbs - sixth place, and Ruby Antonio 170 lbs - sixth place. They will compete this Friday and Saturday in state at the Tacoma Dome.
