(CR Sports) - @rivervball is nearing the end of the season, and they stand undefeated at 14-0. The team has been tearing through every opponent, not conceding a single set in the process. They are headed toward the end stretch of the regular season as they prepare for the state playoffs.
Their good form is encouraging as they make another run to the state championship. Columbia River girls won the 2A Volleyball Championship in 2022 and 2021, and are looking to three-peat. Their next game will be next Tuesday against Hudson's Bay High School, at Hudson's Bay. The game is set to start at 7:30._____________________________________

In recent weeks, volleyball has been consistent and kept their good form. Last week they beat Washougal High School 3-0, Hockinson High School 3-0, and capped off their latest campaign by beating R.A Long High School 3-0. Junior Sydney Dreves has been a standout player for the Rapids, as she has averaged 10 kills and 10 digs, and additionally added five aces last week for River. She was on the ballot for week 4 high school athlete of the week via The Columbian.
