This was a fast pace course, with near perfect running conditions. Every runner ran a great race, many receiving PR’s of up to 30 seconds better than their original time. However this course was 0.2 miles longer than it was supposed to be, leaving people unrecognized of their amazing accomplishments. Therefore, CR Sports would like to give a shoutout to everyone who ran their seasons best, even though it may not have been recorded. 

After this highly successful race, River is left with a major confidence boost driving into the final two meets. They are paving a very solid road to making and placing in the upcoming State Championship race. We are excited to see how they perform at Districts, and give them the best of wishes for the rest of their season. Keep up the great work Rapids!
