GIRLS SOCCER REMAINS UNDEFEATED
With every new game, they achieve greater goals, and strive even closer to the state title.

(CR Sports) - Columbia River Soccer is on a roll winning 10 straight games sitting at an undefeated record of 10-0-1. On Tuesday, they faced the Ridgefield Spudders and defeated them 1-0 handing them just their second loss of the season (7-2). River’s very own Avah Eslinger has scored a goal in all three of the most recent games including the game defining goals against R.A. Long and Ridgefield.
Throughout this season, they have obtained a well-deserved goal differential of 29 and have only conceded 5 goals all season. After an away game stint against Mark Morris and Hudson’s Bay, River will face off against the Washougal Panthers at home next Thursday at 7:00 PM. With every new game, they achieve greater goals, and strive even closer to a state title. Defeating Ridgefield who were 6th in the class 2A preseason rankings (River being ranked number 1) is one of the most impressive showings of their season thus far.
