As the fall season nears its end, here's a look at where our postseason contenders stand.

meet, with Jacob Mcmanus breaking the course record. They have made a strong stand this season and are ready to thrive at State this Saturday. On the girls’ side, Ainsley Morrisey and Mae Otoupal are heading to state as well.
For Boys’ Golf, they won the league championship and placed second at districts, with 4 players advancing to state in the spring. Congratulations to Jack Kendrick for placing 1st at districts, Alex Snyder for placing 2nd, Noah Larson for placing 4th, and Luke Potter for placing 10th.
Girls’ Soccer is on the way to the district championship tournament after beating the Ridgefield Spudders 1-0 in the final game of the regular season to win the league championship. River plays on Thursday at 7:00 at home after defeating Woodland 7-0 tonight in the first round of districts.
For Girls’ Swim, there are 13 swimmers headed to the district tournament this Friday and Saturday: Annabella Wright, Annie Morgan, Emma Morrison-Garcia, Annie Morrison-Garcia, Anya Daily, Lucy Taylor, Michaela Gravel, Reese Dunning, Sadie Levy, Sam Yamashita, Tess Fernandez, Sophia Hao, and Ingrid Morrison-Garcia.
For Boys’ Tennis, last week they had their district tournament in which Lucas Walburn took first for singles; Fuller Beyer and Trenton Sarvela took first for doubles; and Cameron Harris and Nathan Little took third for doubles. All five are headed to state in the spring.
For Volleyball, they have concluded their regular season and stand 17-0. They have not conceded a single set, and show lots of promise as they are advancing to districts soon, and look to collect another state title.
After winning the district title 2 weekends ago, this past weekend River Softball participated in the state tournament in Yakima. They started strong with a win and ended up in 4th place overall.
