Girls Tennis finishes the season atop the league with high hopes going into the postseason.

(CR Sports) - River Girls Tennis has reached the end of its season and emerged at the top of the league. This is encouraging for tennis, as they look to contend at state later this month.
The Rapids will be practicing and gearing up for the upcoming state tournament. The WIAA 2A Girls Tennis Championships will be held between May 24-25, at the Nordstrom Tennis Center located at the University of Washington. The team has found much success at state over the past few years and is looking to add to it. Good luck, girls!_____________________________________
(CR Sports) - River Girls Tennis has reached the end of its season and emerged at the top of the league. This is encouraging for tennis, as they look to contend at state later this month.
River, this season, was able to hit a milestone of over 80 consecutive league matches unbeaten. They had a big game on Wednesday when they faced off against Hockinson. The Rapids came out on top, ending with a final tally of 5-1. This win clinched the 2A league title for Columbia River, cementing them as the top team in the region. Notable performances came from Jenny Serebriakova and Emma Lungwitz, who both won their matches 6-0, not losing a single set. Partners Sydney Dreves & Annie Morgan followed in their footsteps, winning their match without dropping a set to their opponents.
