Junior Owen Mulholland gave his thoughts in an interview in which he explained that the team has grown in numbers significantly this year, “our Cross Country coach was able to recruit many of the freshmen to come over so we have the largest team we’ve had in a long time.”

However, with many new swimmers joining the team it means the team had a lot to adjust to. Owen explained that certain aspects of the sport take some getting used to, “it’s a very unique sport, there is a lot of different stuff you just have to know and especially with the four different strokes there are a lot of techniques you have to learn.”

Overall, Owen explained, “there are many things that the team as a whole can improve on, but I think we’re making really good progress towards everyone learning.” The potential talent of this team makes boys swim a team to look out for.
