In last night’s game, River held a 21-point lead going into the fourth quarter. However, Mark Morris was able to claw themselves back into the game, at one point making the game 58-64. However, key inbounds and defense from River were able to hold off the comeback from Mark Morris. 

Last season, despite making it to districts, the team struggled, finishing the season with an 8-12 record. The team this year has averaged 73 points in league games, while only allowing an average of 52.3 points. This is up from the first three league games last season by 10 points offensively and defensively they have allowed about 6 points less per league game. Lastly, this season’s team also has two more wins than they did this time last year.
