(CR News) - Under Friday night lights, on Sept. 2, Columbia River’s boys varsity football team won its first game of the season against Foss High School at the Mount Tahoma Stadium. Led by head football coach Brett Smedley, the team scored 34-6.
(CR News) - Under Friday night lights, on Sept. 2, Columbia River’s boys varsity football team won its first game of the season against Foss High School at the Mount Tahoma Stadium. Led by head football coach Brett Smedley, the team scored 34-6.
After Labor Day weekend, the JV football team played Prairie High School. Unfortunately for the JV team, on Tuesday, Sept. 6, they lost to Prairie 22-7.
Now both varsity and JV are currently preparing to play rival Skyview High School on Saturday the 10th and Monday the 12th respectively.
Varsity plays Skyview at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Kiggins Bowl.
