With summer break fast approaching, spring practices are already underway

Then even after the spring ball mini pre-season, summer workouts begin which primarily focus on getting the team into shape both physically and mentally, while having 10 practices as well. The summer workouts mainly consist of weightlifting, cardio, and playing ball.
