ASB President Mae Otoupal will join CR News' Jacob McManus at the anchor desk for a new morning show during the Rapid Response period

NEWSROOM: In an exciting new collaboration with @river_asb, CR News senior correspondent Jacob McManus (@jacobhmcmanus) will be joined by ASB president Mae Otoupal (@maeotoupal) for a new morning show called “CR Mornings” (@crmornings).

Aimed at delivering the latest news, school spirit, & original CR News (@columbiarivernews) reporting, the all-new weekly newscast will air live on Mondays at 10:30am, five minutes before the end of the Rapid Response period. 

Expected to premiere on Monday, Sept. 23, the show’s executive producer will be CR News correspondent Elijah Garon (@egaron27); correspondent Isabel Grovom (@isann.grovom11) will serve as the show’s news producer, & CR Sports correspondent Cooper Schultz (@cooper.e.x.e) its sports producer. 

Members of River’s Associated Student Body will also take a leading role in organizing a weekly minute-long segment on all things related to ASB & school spirit.
